Being Brand Ambassador, ensuring the communication of features and benefits of our treatments/programs/products beyond the basics to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales； 
担任品牌大使，确保在基础介绍之外更深入地传达我们疗程/项目/产品的特点与益处，以契合客户需求并最终促成销售 
Setting policies and processes; ensuring the application of the CLP SOPs； 
制定政策与流程，确保CLP标准操作规程的贯彻执行 
Establishing the budget and the KPIs; Preparing regular reports for upper management; closely working with Finance manager to prepare the regular P&L reviews； 
编制预算与关键绩效指标，定期向高层管理层提交报告，协同财务经理完成定期损益复盘Overseeing day-to-day operations； 
全面监督日常运营管理 
Evaluating and continuously improving operations and financial performance； 
评估并持续优化运营与财务表现 
Ensuring that staff follow health and safety regulations 
确保全体员工严格遵守健康安全规范 
Overseeing the preparation of displays, products, and presentations and all marketing promotional tools in respect to CLP corporate guidelines 
按照CLP企业准则，统筹管理陈列布置、产品展示及所有营销推广工具的准备工 
Able to communicate in Both Chinese & English; 
能够使用流利得中英双语。
