Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated restaurant and Kitchen wares. Setting up banquet buffet and ensuring that all silverware to be use must be well polish. 
Clean and maintain all buffet glass top before set up, equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas.
Assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment. 
Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.
严格按照酒店的说明和标准操作洗碗机清洁指定餐厅和厨房的用具，安排宴会厅的用具，确保所有的银器使用前都被擦亮。
在宴会前清洁所有餐台的玻璃杯和台桌，器材、洗碗机、炊具、垃圾桶储存设备并保持干净。
帮助清洁盆、锅等其他厨房用具/设备。
完成其它指定的特殊清洁项目。
