Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of Chinese Restaurant, The Bvlgari Bar, Banquet and The Bvlgari Dolci in accordance with hotel standards.
Directs implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Provides support, training, direction, focus, motivating and helps staff members have continuous success.
Ensure the safety and security policies in restaurant, monitor accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and come up with action and suggestions.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, develop understanding of Food and Beverage Service processes.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach department goals.
