Sales Coordinator performs & co-ordinates clerical duties for the department and to ensure customer follow-up e.g proposal / contract / email are done with Bulgari Shanghai standard and in timely fashion. 
Answering all in-coming telephone calls, assist customer inquiries and process to manager.
 Support Manager’s workload and organize the site-inspection in Manager’s absence. 
Co-ordinate all clients’ appointment schedules for Managers. 
Able to take meeting minutes when required.
