【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、宴会等产品的销售工作，完成公司下达的销售指标；
2、开发并维护客户资源，包括企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定针对性的销售策略，提升酒店市场份额；
4、参与销售方案的策划与执行，包括促销活动、协议签订、价格谈判等；
5、定期拜访客户，了解客户需求，提供个性化服务方案，提高客户满意度；
6、协调酒店内部各部门资源，确保客户需求得到高效落实；
7、完成销售报告及数据分析，及时反馈市场信息，为管理层决策提供支持。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户管理能力，能够独立完成销售任务；
2、优秀的沟通与谈判技巧，能够与不同层级的客户建立良好关系；
3、具备团队协作精神，能够与酒店其他部门高效配合；
4、抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，能够接受一定程度的出差或客户拜访；
5、对酒店行业有基本了解，熟悉销售流程及客户开发技巧者优先；
6、具备良好的职业素养，诚信、敬业，注重客户服务品质。
