1、To ensure that all Food and Beverage forms and reports to be forwarded to the Area Food and Beverage Department are submitted properly
确保所有转交给餐饮部门的餐饮的表格和报告都按时递交了。
2、To maintain all hotel records and forms as prescribed by Sofitel hotel management and policies
按照索菲特酒店管理规定和政策，维护所有酒店记录和文件。
3、To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized
对于销售和成本方面，随时更新与财务业绩(预算与实际)， 并确保销售额和利润最大化。

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
财务及收入职责
1、To ensure that each outlet is accounted for separately as an individual profit center
确保每个部门都是分别以一个独立的利润中心计算。
2、To ensure that each outlet is managed by a Manager/ Management Team who are totally accountable for their profitability
确保每个部门都是由经理/管理团队管理完全负责他们的盈利能力
3、To set, in close conjunction with each Outlet Manager, Annual operating budgets, be part of the F&B business plan
密切结合每个部门经理制定餐饮营业计划的一部分，年度运营预算。
4、Meets financial objectives based on budget or forecast 
基于预算或预测·达到财务目标。
5、Track operating expense to adhere to budget
遵循预算，跟踪营业花费。
6、Conceives and develops products, concepts or changes which generate incremental revenue
构想和开发产品，概念或做出变化，总体提高收入。

Training and Human Resources
培训和人力资源
1、To ensure that the various outlets and banquets adhere to all Sofitel and hotel policies, procedures and standards
确保各部门和宴会遵循所有的索菲特酒店和酒店政策,程序和标准。
2、To represent the Food and Beverage Department
 代表餐饮部。
3、To ensure that all Departmental Operations Manual are prepared and updated
确保准备和更新所有餐饮部门运作手册。
4、Induct new Ambassadors into the team following F&B induction manual
引导新的大使们加入团队后，遵守餐饮部入职手册。
5、Performance reviews done in a timely manner
及时完成绩效考核。
6、Develop and maintains relation with local schools

7、IIdentifies Ambassadors development needs
明确大使发展的需要。
8、Conducts training for the development of Ambassadors
为部门大使发展进行培训。
9、Implements and monitors the Supervisors Development Program
