Oversees and facilitates the training andcoaching of team members to be effective managers of the human resourcewithin their areas of responsibility. Provides the resource that can assists them in HR management. Manages the Human Resources data for thehotel, and tracks the effectiveness of systems and programs. 1. Supervises team members at the HR Office ensuring thedepartment’s daily operation is running smoothly and team members discipline isadhered to.督导人力资源部的员工的日常工作,以确保日常部门运作的顺利进行和员工纪律的正确实施。2.
