岗位职责：

1. 培训，指导和监督我们员工并监督顺畅和优雅的服务。

2. 管理和监督员工，点名册，预约安排，菜单计划，成本核算和促销活动

3. 内部双向沟通。

4. 监督和维持的服务标准.

5. 检查客户满意度，满足客人的需要和适当的跟进投诉.

6. 推动和保证客人的意见并积极反馈

7. 保持工作场所清洁。

8. 执行方面的工作职责和其他职责任务

9. 执行分配的开档关档工作（检查表）

10.开展礼貌，安全，礼仪是根据瑞吉酒店制度及政策相一致，确保高质量的服务及沟通。

岗位要求：

1.掌握饮料知识-咖啡，茶等.

2.良好的沟通能力。

3.基本的英语沟通能力。

4.一定的管理能力
