岗位职责
1. 为健身中心会员和客人提供礼貌和有效的服务
2. 上班时要检查并确保所有工作区域的设备是否正常运作。
3. 确保游泳者在安全的区域活动。
4. 注意保证游泳客人的安全，劝阻其离开危险区域，制止危险动作。
5. 对在泳池发生危险或溺水的客人进行急救。
6. 通过对健身设施的保养和清洁来确保宾客的满意。
7. 协助健身房有效地营运。
8. 有效完成上级分配的其他工作任务。
岗位要求
1. 高中或中专以上文凭，有工作经验者优先。
2. 持有国家救生员资格证书。
3. 身体健康，相貌端正，能吃苦耐劳。
4. 性格开朗、工作踏实、有较强的服务意识和责任感。
5. 拥有救生培训员证及接受过必要的技巧培训。
