工作职责:
 确保办公室行政工作流程的高效运行。
Ensures efficient office administration procedures.
 确保所有培训记录在人事系统中的维护,归档以及更新。
Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System/Tracking System.
 确保所有培训档案的使用的精确性和保密性。
Ensures Training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
 根据要求维护并更新人工档案和计算机系统。
Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required.
 根据培训经理的要求与当地劳动行政部门联系所有相关事宜。
Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning & Development Manager.
 协助并确保所有员工设施维护的标准化,比如:培训教室, 员工阅览室等。
Assists in ensuring all Team Member facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Rooms, Knowledge room.
 确保并维护所有培训资产,包括培训材料、书籍、视频、期刊、视听材料、设备和礼品。
Ensures and maintaining all training assets including training materials, books, videos, journals, audio visual materials, equipment and gifts are properly recorded.
 协助汇总部门任务清单和任务分解的内容,并保证其准确性。
Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the Team Member Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.
 协助制定年度培训计划,确保培训目标完全符合酒店经营目标和员工的培训需求。
Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the Team Members.
 协助培训经理收集所有培训课程的出勤记录表。
Assists the Learning & Development Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
 协助员工奖励项目的协调工作。
Assists with the coordination of the Team Member recognition programmes.
 协助完成以下员工沟通项目的编辑、执行和保持,如每月人力资源部活动计划,员工布告栏和电视交流。
Assists in the compilation, implementation and upkeep of the following Team Member communications – Team Member Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, Team Member Notice Boards.
 协助部门之间所有活动的协调工作,以及员工奖励等活动的协调工作。
Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and Team Member award presentations.
 必要时,协助回答员工提出的有关人事和培训方面的相关问题。
Assists in answering inquiries from the Team Members on personnel and training issues respectively whenever possible.
 协助准备每月部门培训员论坛及活动的场地。
Assists in the preparation of venue for the monthly Departmental Trainer forums and activities.
 协助开展各种竞赛活动来提升最佳实践。
Assists in various campaigns to promote best practices.
 严格遵守酒店的政策和程序。
Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures.
 始终提供有礼貌、专业的服务。
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
 用礼貌、高效的方式来满足员工的要求, 如果没有立即解决的方式,则进行汇报,并及时进行的跟进。
Handles guest and Team Member enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a prompt follow up.
 了解与员工和企业有关的法律规定。熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,以及和酒店政策相关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in Team Member and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Team Member Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
 通过定期检查员工的仪容仪表,来确保其符合酒店的政策和规定。
Assists by regularly checking grooming to ensure all the Team Members are adhering hotel policy and regulations.
 根据安排出席酒店和部门的培训,以提高技能和知识。
Attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
 根据要求协助部门培训员进行相关部门的培训。
Assists departmental trainer to conduct training in the respective department as required.
 负责提醒和检查部门的培训工作按照培训计划来执行。
Responsible for monitor and inspect department training is implemented as scheduled
 根据要求对新员工进行入职培训。
Responsible for conduct Orientation training as required.
 参加必要的培训和例会。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
 在培训开始前,协助为培训经理准备培训文件/资料。
Assists in preparation of documents/information before commence training to the Learning & Development Manager.
 与客人和同事保持良好工作关系。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
 始终对管理和个人行为负责, 并且积极展现酒店的形象。
Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel.
 协助并积极参加所有人力资源部的活动。根据需要协助开展员工关系活动。
Assists and participate in all Human Resources activities. Assists employee relations activities as needed assigned.
 严格确保办公室资料机密性。
Ensures and practices the outmost protection of office’s confidentiality.
 随着行业、公司和酒店的变化,适应因人力资源的职能变化而带来的职能变化。
Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
 完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

任职资格:
• Continues to ensure meeting the Training Officer’s job requirement.
• Assists in improving all training administration preparation including nomination list, attendance list, training materials and maintaining training room booking availability.
• Assists in sending out training invitation emails/memo to all managers and following up with the training confirmation.
• Assists to confirm all training dates, times, agenda and venue and ensuring all training programs are running smoothly according to the schedule.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, Budgeting, Training Analysis and Learning & Development Executive Summary, to ensure the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and training department
• Assists in ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:
 Brand and QA Related Training Programs
 Core Foundation Programs
 Operational/Functional Programs
 Supervisory Development Programs
 Train the Trainer
 Customer Service Training
 Technical job specific training (through certification of departmental standards and procedures)
 Supervisory Skills Training
 Fire, Life and Safety Training
 Effective Communication Training
 Service Culture Training
 Team member retraining
 Team Building

• Monitors the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.
• Ensures and maintaining all training assets including training materials, books, videos, journals, audio visual materials, equipment and gifts are properly recorded.
• Designs, produces and implements training programs which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective
• Assists Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.
• Use Hilton benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly. E.g.: SALT, TMES, achievement of budget, People Audit, etc
• Prepares and produces monthly training reports as required.
• Coaches, counsels and disciplines team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Regularly communicates with team members and maintains good relations
• Assists and maintaining employee recognition programmes.
• Assists employee relations activities as needed assigned.
• Updates and maintain the notice board to ensure all the information are up-to-date.
• Conduct grooming and hotel product knowledge test frequently and ensure all team members are meeting the requirements.
• Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures
