工作职责:•	Reports to outlet as scheduled, in uniform, eat, clean and ready to work根据排班准时上班,准备工作之前需已用毕餐,换好工装,一切就绪。•	Must know the entire outlet schedule, have to know which waiter, order taker is working and assign them side work duties.必须熟知整个部门的工作计划,以及每个员工和点单员的工作,并为其分配其他工作。•	The Outlet Supervisor餐厅主管:a)	Must know menu items as well as drink list必须熟知所有的菜单和酒水单内容b)	Must know outlet setup standards.必须熟知餐厅的摆台标准。c)	Oversee entire operation; lead by good example监督整个运营过程d)	Handles complaints and reports to immediate supervisor.向值班主管汇报客人投诉。•	Trains new staff in all aspects of outlet food and beverage WA service standards.培训员工全面的餐饮知识和华尔道夫服务标准。•	Assists in set up, service mise en place and ensures smooth operation at all times.协助布置摆台,保证运营顺畅。•	Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.必须掌握餐厅服务流程,酒店规章制度和紧急情况处理程序。•	Employee performs all cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy & procedures.根据酒店的制度和流程,员工必须掌握所有的收款和收入登记的职能。•	To co-ordinate the work of subordinates and maintain the established procedures and policies.协调下属员工的工作维护现有工作标准和规范。•	To communicate efficiently with the kitchen.负责与厨房有效沟通。•	To help prepare training programmes for staff.帮助准备员工培训活动。•	To promote good working atmosphere with emphasis in enhancing relations with subordinates.引导员工关系,促进良好的工作氛围。•	To enforce the personal appearance of the staff and punctuality.规范员工仪容仪表遵纪守时。 •	To greet guests, handle comments and problems whenever required and promote sales to meet forecasted revenues.问候客人,处理客人意见和问题,推动销售达到预算额度。•	To recommend menu items and beverages to guests, as well as taking orders.Continued 续为客人点餐,并且能够为客人推荐酒水。•	To converse with guests to maintain a good relationship as well as extending personal touch.同客人交谈,维持良好的关系,并增进接触。•	To make requisition for supplies in order to maintain stock level.申请补仓以保证足够库存。•	To take over the duties of the assistant restaurant manager in his absence.准备每周排版表。•	To carry out any other duties as and when required by the restaurant manager.在餐厅副经理不在时代理其工作。任职资格:•	Experience in all aspects of food & beverage operations and modern management principles.具备全面的餐饮运营经验和现代管理理念。•	Must have experience in food & beverage operations for at least 3-5 years.有至少3-5年餐饮运营经验。•	Holding similar position in a well-established hotel for at least 3 years.至少3年高星级酒店同类职位工作经验。•	Well groomed at all times.良好的仪容仪表•	Self-motivated.自我激励•	Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, supervise and motivate employees.能够与不同级别的员工沟通,监督激励员工。•	Male or female.性别不限•	Excellent command of written and spoken English.优秀的英语口语和写作能力。
