Maintains and updates a bank of suitable applicants.

Recruits new staff within Hotel P&P and guidelines.
根据饭店规章制度及总方针招聘新员工；
Handles pre employment administration which includes, but not restricted to, placing staff vacancy advertisements, maintaining a current Personnel Requisition for each current vacancy required to be filled, all correspondence and telephone calls to arrange initial interviews.
负责处理招聘前期工作，包括（但不限于）：发布员工空缺广告，对现有每个空缺提出人员要求，负责处理所有关于第一次面试的电话及来往信函；
Arranges subsequent interviews for operational management in accordance with their work load and requirements.
根据各营运部门的工作安排及要求，安排后续的面试；
Prepares all pre employment papers, eg contract of employment, issue of uniform, staff ID Card, staff medical card, initial meal tickets and locker keys.
准备所有招聘前期的文字工作，如员工合同，制服发放表，员工名牌，员工医疗卡，饭卡及更衣柜钥匙等；
Administers all job applicant queries and answers all correspondence within 5 working days.
处理所有求职者的问题，并在5个工作日内回履所有来往信件；
Maintains a file of all active and suitable applicants.
管理所有合适的求职者档案；
Screens and interviews applicants, appropriately, not necessarily limited to candidates for existing vacancies, but speculative applications and makes recommendation.
筛选求职者资料，挑选出适合现有空缺的候选人进行推荐；
Responsible for advertising vacancies and for monitoring these costs.
负责员工空缺的广告，并监督控制广告费用；
Responsible for hiring all temporary staff - Casuals, Daily Workers and part time staff.
负责所有临时工的招聘；
Maintains a file of all current Job Descriptions and Person Qualification, and actively uses these when recruiting.
建立所有工作职责及人员要求的档案，并在招聘时加以运用；
Conducts any hotel agreed pre interview\ employment aptitude test.
主持所有饭店认可的招聘/面试前的智力测试；
Administers and controls the employment of all Daily Workers in accordance with hotel control procedures and ensures that they are paid correctly.
根据饭店的规章制度，管理并控制日薪制员工聘用，并确保准确支付工资；
Develops and maintains a positive and close relationship with the local schools, colleges, universities and the recruitment centers so as to ensure a rich resource for the Hotel recruitment.
与当地的学校、学院、大学及招聘中心建立并保持良好、密切的联系，以保证饭店招聘来源充足；
Makes proposals for the organization of the Hotel staff activities and is responsible for the co-ordination of them with all departments related.
对饭店员工活动的组织安排制定规划，负责与所有相关部门进行协调；
 Is responsible for the Staff Information Board and updates it on time.
 负责员工宣传栏并及时进行更新；
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
与员工建立并保持有效的联系；
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
履行其它被分派的职责和特殊工作。
