Main Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Maintain an efficient filing, tracing and correspondence system of the division.

2. Ensure that all coming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and then properly put on trace or file.

22. Assist sale manager and executive to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

3. Sound communication skills.
