Main Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Creation and execution of design concepts for the hotel’s promotional materials, collaterals, theme decor and other items based on specifications given on assigned subject.
设计执行酒店促销材料，周边产品，主题装饰和其他基于分配任务规范的项目的设计理念。
2.Converts designs into camera-ready artwork (ready for printing or production) – manually or using desktop publishing system.
使用可用于印刷制作的照片进行各类设计，熟练运用台式印刷系统。
3.Design and production of signage, banquet posters, banners, backdrops, décor.
设计和生产标志，宴会海报，横幅，背景板和装饰。
4.Ensures that Accor identity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand, color, specifications).
确保所有酒店的设计作品如酒店品牌，颜色，规范和集团保持一致。
5.Ensures jobs are scheduled properly and time management is exercised for art section to meet set deadlines for design and art works.

6.Organizes creative library (designs, graphics, photographs, books, reference materials, color guides) for easy reference.

7.Ensures that Desktop Publishing System is regularly serviced and maintained.

8.Plans out purchase of art supplies, paper stock and monitors proper usage.

9.Replenishment of required art supplies, paper stock.
对美术用品和纸张的适当补给。
10.Maintenance of art work and design filing system.
图片的维护及文件系统的设计。

Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
1.College graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in Chinese language.
 大学专科，良好的中文读写能力。
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少五年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
3. Ability to be creative and maintain flexibility.
具有创造性及灵活性。
4. Extensive knowledge of designing and art work production.
丰富设计和擅长艺术品的知识。
5.Knowledge of freehand designing / video making.
掌握手绘/ 视频编辑。
6.PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Web and basic knowledge of Desktop Publishing System.
电脑知识：Word, Excel; Web 和基本台式印刷系统知识。
7.With strong teamwork spirit.

8.Good interpersonal skills.

9.Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
