Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Assist Assistant Concierge Manager to supervision all operational tasks as well as their respective delegation and follow-up.
协助礼宾部副经理管理礼宾部所有运营任务以及与之相关的委派与跟进。
2.Lead to ensure LQA standards are implemented and delivered to every guest.
遵守和执行领先质量保证标准。
3.Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.
礼貌且高效地处理客人及员工的要求，遇到投诉或问题，如不能马上找到解决办法，要向上级报告。
4.Ensures the cleanliness of the Concierge counter, equipment and storage room, and responsible for the maintenance of all Concierge equipment.
保持礼宾台，礼宾设备和储藏间的卫生，对所有礼宾部运营设备的维护保养负责。
5.Verifies that all information requested by the local police authorities and all Concierge Policies and Procedures are adhered accurately.
严格遵守并实行由当地执法部门所要求和礼宾部的各项政策与程序。
6.Performs special duties as required by the superior.
执行上级分配的特殊职责。
7.Daily work arrangement and assignment.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Secondary school education or above.
中专以上学历。
2.Have good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
3.Physically fit and of good appearance.

4.Hard-working.
肯吃苦耐劳。
5.Responsible.
责任心强。
6.Must be physically fit in order to lift and move luggage.
身体健康可搬运行李。
