2 良好的沟通组织及处理问题的技巧。
3.相关星级酒店中厨房打荷经验，协助食材准备工作与配菜，负责清洗、切割、调配各种食材，确保食材的新鲜度和质量。
4, 每天根据经营需要，按厨师长拟定的菜单及分菜的先后顺序，协助准时出菜。在烹饪过程中，协助厨师完成烹饪任务，如翻炒、调味、装盘等，要求色、香、味、形符合质量标准。
5. 其他厨房相关工作。
6. 良好的团队精神，能适应较大的工作压力。
