• Able to demonstrate outstanding performance in both maintaining key corporate accounts and hosting large-scale meetings and events.

• Capable of developing differentiated annual sales plans, budgets, and marketing strategies for the Corporate and MICE segments respectively.

•To manage group bookings in relation to room availability, room type and customer spending potential to maximize rooms.
根据客房利用率、客房类型和客房消费潜力管理团体预订，以实现最高客房收入。

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Director of Sales in luxury hotels.
 至少2年奢华酒店销售总监经验。

• To participate in development of marketing plan, sales action plan, profit plan, and marketing
audits.
参与制定市场计划、销售行动计划、利润计划和市场审计。

• To manage group bookings in relation to room availability, room type and customer spending potential to maximize rooms.
根据客房利用率、客房类型和客房消费潜力管理团体预订，以实现最高客房收入。

• Assist in thepreparation/reforecasting of hotel revenue objectives and compilation of market
intelligence.  Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as
required.  Manage referral response system and tracking of definite
business - both inbound and outbound.

• Identify prospectivecustomers and establish revenue goals for existing key accounts and key
prospects within their specific market segment.

• Possesses strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
 具备强大的分析能力和数据驱动决策的经验。

•Able to prioritizeworkload, is organized and well structured.
 能够优先处理工作量，有良好的组织性和条理性。

• Assertive yet personablewith effective communication skills.
 有进取心、思维敏捷、沟通能力强。
