1. At least 2 years of luxury hotel experience required; international or Michelin brand  background preferred.
具备2年以上高端奢华酒店经验，有海外或米其林品牌工作背景者优先。

2. Responsible for the creation and development of new dishes and recipes, centered around French cuisine  techniques to ensure both quality and creativity.
负责新菜品及食谱的创作与研发，以法餐技艺为核心，确保菜品的品质与创意。

3. To manage the kitchen team to produce consistently high quality food.
管理厨师团队，确保烹饪符合酒店标准的高质量食物。

4. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely execution of menus, ensuring that necessary information such as plating guides, recipes, food photos, and cost calculations are in place prior to implementation.
计划、统筹和督促菜单及时的执行， 并保证菜单在执行前已具备必要的摆盘指南、食谱、食物的照片和成本核算等信息。

5. Handle customer comments and complaints and take action to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
处理客户意见与投诉，采取相应措施解决问题，确保客户满意。

6. Responsible for the food cost of his kitchen as well as kitchen operating supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils.
负责维持所在厨房的食品成本、工作所需的材料、厨房能量消耗和厨房器具。

7. Ensure consistent quality of all food stuffs purchased, monitoring quality at receiving point, ensuring value of purchases matching to correct food costs.
确保采购的食品质量， 在收货时监督质量， 确保采购的食品价值和食物成本一致。

8. Ability in fast pace environment. Able to work flexible schedules.
能适应快节奏工作环境。

9. Must speak fluent English and proficient in written English.
具备流利的英语口语及书面表达能力。

10.Plan and execute training programs for kitchen staff, ensuring the effective delivery and continuous implementation of training content.
规划并执行厨房员工培训计划，确保培训内容的有效传达与持续开展。
