1、记录压力,温度,安培以及其他有关空调和冷冻机械的设备的相关数据在值班日志上,确保设备的正常运行。
2、服从值班工程师安排对酒店内空调系统等附属设备进行维修保养存在问题及时汇报。
3、维修,日常保养以及预防性维修保养冷冻设备,例如冷却器,步入式冰柜以及酒店内其他商业的或工业设备。
4、服从值班工程师安排对酒店内锅炉设备、给排水设备、酒店洁具等进行维修保养存在问题及时汇报。
5、维修保养锅炉,生活冷热水系统, 冷却水系统,污水处理系统,水幕喷泉系统以及游泳池。
