1. Check your station, prior to opening, forcleanliness of tables and chairs, proper set-up of salt and pepper, sugar,ashtrays, flowers, lamp, clean cutlery and glassware.

2. Do all necessary opening and closing side workaccording to the side work schedule.

3. Develop a complete knowledge of menu items, theirgarnish, contents and preparation methods. Be ready to answer any guestquestions about the menu in a positive and concise way. Know the use records.
熟知菜谱上食物的饰菜，材料，烹饪方式等。正确回答客人提出与菜谱内容相关的问题。
4. Practice aggressive hospitality and useSuggestive Selling techniques when taking guest’s order.
接收到客人的要求时，热情招待，并运用“建议式购买”的方法。
5. Develop a good knowledge of beverages, liquors,and wine service.
熟知饮料，酒类，并了解酒类的服务知识。
6. Clean and lay table top according tostandard.
根据标准，清理，铺设桌面。
