工作职责:
Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts and the Hotel.

To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La’s Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications.

To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La’s Programs e.g. Golden Circle, Guest History etc.
全面掌握香格里拉的程序,如金环会员计划,宾客历史记录等
To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La’s standard operating policies and procedure.

Actively interview and recruit individual throughout the year.

Prepare accurate cost comparisons for all major purchases

Ensure supplies, linen, uniforms are properly cared for and used.

Keeps amenity, linen and uniform inventories to assist in cost projections.

Prepares budget based on Occupancy, Forecast, business trends and expense and cost records and statistics.

Require
要求:
Frequent in oral and written English;
良好的口头及书面英语表达能力;
Minimum two years experience in same position in an International class Hotel;
至少两年国际品牌酒店同等职位工作经验
Prefer Shangri-La working experience;

Computer knowledge;

Able to work flexible hours;
