岗位职责
1.确保部门的工作能被有效的完成；
2.合理分配当天需要完成的房间及工作内容给服务员；
3.确保自己管辖范围内的员工按照批准的系统和程序履行职责；
4.准备工作安排和安排计划清洁及公平的分配给每位楼层服务员；
5.保持所有的布草柜干净清洁整齐，备量充足；
6.确保楼层服务员在下班之前清理吸尘器和整理好其他的清理工具；
7.检查服务员在清洁房间时是否按照正确的方法和流程；
8.确保服务员按照房间打扫顺序对房间进行清洁；
9.检查维修房的进展和计划并协调工程部及时维修；
10.检查开夜床和确保流程是否被正确遵守；
11.检查清洗地毯，维修客房地板，保证一切按标准操作；
12.检查公共区域，保证整齐，干净，卫生。
岗位要求
1.具备酒店同岗位工作经验；
2.熟悉客房清洁流程及VIP接待标准，掌握基础房态管理系统操作；
3.具备较强的服务意识与应变能力，能妥善处理突发事件。
4.严谨认真，能按照集团和酒店相关规定完成工作。
