• 负责客房班组的排班、人员调配与考核，合理分配清洁任务，监督员工按时完成客房清洁、布草更换、卫生间消杀等工作。
• 严格检查客房清洁质量、布草整洁度、设施设备完好情况，不符合标准的责令立即整改，确保每间客房达标后交付使用。
• 负责客房布草、清洁用品、耗材的管理、盘点与申领，合理控制损耗，确保物资充足且使用规范。
• 处理宾客关于客房卫生、设施设备的投诉与需求，及时安排维修、清洁等整改工作，跟进落实情况，反馈处理结果。
• 组织客房员工开展清洁技能、服务礼仪、安全操作等培训，传递品牌服务理念，提升团队服务水平与实操能力。
• 协同工程部、前台等部门，做好客房设施设备维修、房态核对等工作，保障客房正常流转。
• 落实客房安全管理要求，监督员工规范操作，排查消防安全、用电安全等隐患，确保客房服务安全。
• 完成上级交办的其他客房管理相关工作，做好客房服务数据统计与分析。
