[岗位职责]
1. 负责每日水疗及健康中心的运营、维修、卫生清洁和安全
2. 负责每日进行健身器械检查，并按照酒店的政策/程序进行必要的维修记录和报告。
3. 负责达到每日的销售目标并努力达到团队月度销售目标。
4. 及时发现并了解客人需求，确保提供优质服务。
5. 熟知部门工作标准程序，确保部门员工熟知集团品牌服务准则，负责制定并实施新员工的详细入职计划。
6. 熟知酒店的安全条例，了解急救、防火及紧急事件处理程序，并能够安全操作相关设备，对危险情况能够随机应变采取行动。
7. 根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness, and safety of the spa and health center.
2.Responsible for daily inspection of fitness equipment, and carry out necessary maintenance records and reports in accordance with hotel policies/procedures.
3.Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and striving to achieve the team's monthly sales targets.
4.Timely identify and understand guest needs to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
5.Be thoroughly familiar with the department's standard operating procedures, ensure department staff are familiar with the group's brand service standards, and be responsible for developing and implementing a detailed onboarding plan for new employees.
6.Be thoroughly familiar with the hotel's safety regulations, understand first aid, fire prevention, and emergency handling procedures, be able to safely operate related equipment, and be able to take prompt and adaptable action in dangerous situations.
7.Perform other duties and tasks that may be added at any time according to business and hotel needs.

[岗位要求]
1.计算机熟练，熟练掌握 Word 和 Excel，会使用健康及水疗管理软件。
2.具备清晰、准确、积极、专业的沟通能力。
3.能够优先安排和组织工作任务，适当地委派和跟进工作。
4.具备在压力下工作的能力。
5.必须能够与酒店及水疗中心全体员工和谐相处。
6.以客户服务为导向，具备优秀的书面及口头客户服务技巧。 
7.至少 3 年健康行业工作经验及至少 1 年的管理经验。
8.持有健身教练资格证书及救生员证书者优先。
[Job Requirements]
1.Proficiency in computer skills, skilled in Word and Excel, as well as wellness and Spa management software. 
2.Clear, accurate, positive and professional communication skills. 
3.Able to prioritize and organize work tasks, appropriately delegate and follow up on work. 
4.Ability to work under pressure. 
5.Must be able to work harmoniously with all hotel and Spa team members. 
6.Customer service oriented, with strong written and verbal customer service skills. 
7.Minimum 3 years of working experience in wellness industry and at least 1 year of management experience. 
8.Fitness instructor certificate and lifeguard certificate are preferred.
