[岗位职责]
1.听从部门领导的工作安排。
2.严格执行安全管理制度，并按照操作规范进行操作。
3.参与酒店设施的验收、整改，并监督施工进度与质量。
4.及时响应并处理酒店各区域的报修任务，迅速解决设备故障。
5.完成每班巡视工作，机房、水泵房、配电间、空调机房等日常巡检，记录运行参数。
6.按照计划，完成预防性保养工作。
7.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Follow the work arrangements of the department head.
2.Strictly implement safety management regulations and operate in accordance with operating procedures.
3.Participate in the acceptance and rectification of hotel facilities, and supervise construction progress and quality.
4.Respond promptly to and handle repair requests from all areas of the hotel, and quickly resolve equipment faults.
5.Complete inspection work for each shift, including daily inspections of machine rooms, pump rooms, power distribution rooms, air-conditioning rooms, etc., and record operating parameters.
6.Complete preventive maintenance work according to the plan.
7.Perform other duties and tasks that may be added at any time according to business and hotel needs.

[岗位要求]
1、1–2 年酒店 / 商业综合体工程维修经验；有国际联号酒店经验优先。
2、年龄25--45岁，身体健康，能适应酒店维修、运行岗位要求（如登高、搬运等）
3、具备基本动手能力，学习意愿，工作认真，有责任心。
4、需有电工证；有制冷、焊工等作业证件者优先。
5.强弱电需熟悉，客房照明、插座、开关、配电箱、客控系统、监控、门禁、弱电线路排查；看懂简单电气图纸，熟练万用表等工具；
6.暖通空调需熟悉，中央空调、风机盘管、新风系统基础保养、滤网更换、简单故障排查。
7. 给排水系统需熟悉，管道、阀门、洁具、水泵、地漏、热水系统维修，处理漏水堵塞。
[Job Requirements]
1.1–2 years of engineering maintenance experience in hotels/commercial complexes; experience with international hotel chains is preferred.
2.Aged 25–45, in good health, and able to adapt to the requirements of hotel maintenance and operation positions (such as working at heights and lifting/carrying).
3.Possess basic hands-on skills, willingness to learn, a serious work attitude, and a sense of responsibility.
4.Must hold an electrician certificate; those with refrigeration, welding, or other operation certificates are preferred.
5.Familiar with strong and weak current: guest room lighting, sockets, switches, distribution boxes, guest room control systems, monitoring, access control, and weak current line troubleshooting; able to read simple electrical drawings and proficient in using tools such as multimeters.
6.Familiar with HVAC: basic maintenance, filter replacement, and simple troubleshooting of central air conditioning, fan coil units, and fresh air systems.
7.Familiar with water supply and drainage systems: repair of pipes, valves, sanitary fixtures, water pumps, floor drains, and hot water systems; handling water leaks and blockages.
