【岗位职责】
1.制定酒店的年度、季度、月度收益管理战略与定价策略，并确保其与酒店整体商业计划一致。
2.负责推动市场份额和收入。
3.发展总体定价策略，包括细分市场和分销渠道。
4.有效管理和控制房间库存，控制团队房和散客房的配额与关房限制，优化房型分配与升级策略。
5.深度分析市场需求、竞争对手动态、市场趋势及重大事件，为策略制定提供依据。
6.领导编制客房收入预算，并进行持续的、高精度的滚动预测（每日、每周、每月、每季度）。
7.有效实施和遵守集团收益管理标准与计划；精通并使用收益管理系统、中央预订系统、渠道管理器及数据分析工具
8.每日监控关键绩效指标，如：出租率、平均房价、RevPAR、市场渗透指数、预订进度、渠道贡献等，并生成深度分析报告。
9.作为销售部、前厅部、预订部、市场部的关键协作伙伴，定期召开收益会议，确保各部门理解并执行收益策略。
10.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Develop the hotel's annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue management strategies and pricing strategies, and ensure they are aligned with the hotel's overall business plan.
2. Responsible for driving market share and revenue growth.
3. Develop overall pricing strategies, including segmentation by market segments and distribution channels.
4. Effectively manage and control room inventory, including managing allotments and closing restrictions for group and transient rooms, and optimizing room type allocation and upgrade strategies.
5. Conduct in-depth analysis of market demand, competitor dynamics, market trends, and major events to provide a foundation for strategy formulation.
6. Lead the preparation of the rooms revenue budget and conduct ongoing, high-accuracy rolling forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
7. Effectively implement and adhere to the group's revenue management standards and plans; be proficient in using revenue management systems, central reservation systems, channel managers, and data analysis tools.
8. Monitor key performance indicators daily, such as occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR), RevPAR, market penetration index, booking pace, channel contribution, etc., and generate in-depth analysis reports.
9. Serve as a key collaborative partner to the Sales, Front Office, Reservations, and Marketing departments; convene regular revenue meetings to ensure all departments understand and execute revenue strategies.
10. Undertake any other duties and tasks as may be required from time to time in accordance with business and hotel needs.
【岗位要求】
1.本科及以上学历，商业管理、经济学、统计学、数学、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2.5年以上在国际品牌五星级酒店或酒店集团从事收益管理工作的经验。
3.精通Excel高级功能（数据透视表、复杂公式、图表），对数字有极高的敏感度和准确性要求。
4.能在市场快速变化和高强度压力下保持冷静，并迅速调整策略。
5.强大的逻辑分析与决策能力： 在海量数据面前能保持清晰逻辑，在信息不完整时能做出果敢、合理的决策。
6.熟练的英文听说读写能力。
7.年龄45周岁及以下。
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Hotel Management, or related fields.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within an international brand five-star hotel or hotel group.
3. Proficient in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts), with exceptionally high numerical sensitivity and accuracy.
4. Ability to remain calm and quickly adjust strategies in response to rapid market changes and under high-pressure conditions.
5. Strong logical analysis and decision-making capabilities: capable of maintaining clear logic when processing massive amounts of data, and able to make decisive and sound decisions even when information is incomplete.
6. Proficient in spoken and written English.
7. Age 45 years or below.
