【岗位职责】
1.全面负责酒店宴会业务的销售和运营管理工作，包括婚宴、商务宴会、会议等活动的统筹安排。           
2.负责宴会客户的开发和维护，与客户沟通需求，制定宴会方案并报价。
3.协调酒店各部门（厨房、客房、工程等）资源，确保宴会活动顺利执行。
4.监督宴会服务质量，确保符合酒店标准和客户要求，处理宴会过程中的突发问题。
5.负责宴会团队的管理和培训，提升团队专业技能和服务水平。
6.统计分析宴会业务数据，制定销售策略，完成宴会营收目标。
7.控制部门能源费用和运营相关成本。
8.监管本部门内固定资产和设施设备，确保丢失和破损在正常范围内。
9.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
Take full responsibility for the sales and operational management of the hotel's banquet business, including the overall coordination of wedding receptions, corporate banquets, conferences, and other events.
Be responsible for the development and maintenance of banquet clients, communicate with clients regarding their needs, develop banquet proposals, and provide quotations.
Coordinate resources across various hotel departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of banquet events.
Supervise banquet service quality to ensure compliance with hotel standards and client requirements, and handle any unforeseen issues during events.
Be responsible for the management and training of the banquet team, enhancing the team's professional skills and service standards.
Conduct statistical analysis of banquet business data, formulate sales strategies, and achieve banquet revenue targets.
Control departmental utility expenses and operational-related costs.
Oversee fixed assets and facilities/equipment within the department, ensuring that losses and damages remain within acceptable limits.
Undertake any additional duties and tasks as required by business operations and hotel needs.
【岗位要求】
1.专科及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销相关专业。                                         
2.6年以上高星级酒店宴会管理经验，熟悉宴会销售和运营流程。
3.具备良好的客户沟通能力和销售技巧，能够独立与客户对接。
4.具有较强的统筹协调能力和应变能力，能够处理复杂的宴会需求。
5.熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的英语沟通能力。
6.年龄40周岁及以下，身体健康，责任心，形象气质佳。
7.有大型宴会和外卖活动策划执行经验者优先。
8.有高星级国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先。
[Job Requirements]
Hold a college degree or above (associate degree or higher), preferably in Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Have more than 6 years of banquet management experience in a high-star-rated hotel, with familiarity with banquet sales and operational processes.
Possess strong client communication skills and sales techniques, with the ability to independently interface with clients.
Demonstrate strong overall coordination and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex banquet requirements.
Be proficient in office software and possess a certain level of English communication skills.
Be aged 40 or below, in good health, have a strong sense of responsibility, and present a professional appearance and demeanor.
Candidates with experience in planning and executing large-scale banquets and off-site catering events are preferred.
Candidates with prior experience in high-star-rated international brand hotels are preferred.
