[岗位职责]
1.协助专业系统工程师工程师和其他专业主管的工作，确保所有机电设备和系统运行正常，及时处理客人和其他部门的投诉并保证都   得到及时的解决。
2.执行周、月和年度机电设备维修保养计划，确保自己完全理解如何正确和安全的操作并按时完成工作任务。
3.负责接收和派发设备、设施或系统维修工单，经常检查完成的维修工作，每天完成本人负责的工作任务并做好工作记录，确保工作日记及报表填写准确。
4.有效管理与控制浪费，使能源得到合理运用，并积极提供有建设性的节能计划。
5.与采购部保持密切联系，确保本专业每月工作需要的维修材料可以及时购回。
6.确保部门及班组管理的有关设备的操作、维修和能耗受到严格的控制。
7.确保所有设备设施的运行符合酒店的要求，并对设备设施运行与维保情况进行巡查、考评。
8.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Assist the Professional System Engineer and other professional supervisors in their work, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems operate properly. Handle guest and other department complaints in a timely manner and ensure they are resolved promptly.
2.Execute weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance and repair plans for mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring a full understanding of correct and safe operation methods and completing work tasks on schedule.
3.Be responsible for receiving and dispatching work orders for equipment, facilities, or system repairs. Regularly inspect completed repair work, complete assigned tasks on a daily basis, and maintain accurate work records to ensure the accuracy of daily logs and reports.
4.Effectively manage and control waste to ensure rational utilization of energy, and proactively provide constructive energy-saving proposals.
5.Maintain close contact with the Purchasing Department to ensure that maintenance materials required for the department's monthly work can be procured in a timely manner.
6.Ensure that the operation, maintenance, and energy consumption of relevant equipment under departmental and team management are strictly controlled.
7.Ensure that the operation of all equipment and facilities complies with hotel requirements, and conduct regular inspections and evaluations of equipment operation and maintenance conditions.
8.Undertake any additional duties and tasks as required by business operations and hotel needs.

[岗位要求]
1.良好热情的服务态度。
2.中专以上文化程度，具备酒店工程专业技能,3年以上同岗工作经验
3.持有高压电工操作证与相关专业操作证；持电梯设备管理证书者优先考虑。
4.掌握机电工程设备设施基础知识。
5.能协调各工种以及在必要时与其他部门员工密切合作
6.身体健康，无不良嗜好，条件优秀者可适当放宽。
[Job Requirements]
1.Maintain a good and enthusiastic service attitude.
2.Hold a secondary technical school degree or above, with professional skills in hotel engineering and more than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
3.Possess a valid High-Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate and relevant professional operation certificates; holders of elevator equipment management certificates are preferred.
4.Have a solid grasp of basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment and facilities.
5.Be able to coordinate across various trades and work closely with other department staff when necessary.
6.Be in good health with no harmful habits; candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered with appropriate flexibility on the requirements.
