二、岗位介绍（Executive Chef） 
1. 全程服务宾客，对客户满意度负责；
Serve customers throughout the journey and be responsible for customer satisfaction;
2. 在宾客地面游览期间，对景区、人文、文化、历史等知识，结合产品的设计理念，对客
人进行有组织，有逻辑的讲解。对客人地面行程的食、住、行、游、购、娱的需求，按公司
相关 SOP，做好服务。在列车上，根据列车总管家的任务分配，做好对客服务的辅助工作；
During the guests' ground tour, provide organized and logical explanations about the scenic 
spots, humanities, culture, history, and other knowledge, combined with the design concept 
of the product. Fulfill guests' needs for food, accommodation, transportation, tourism, 
shopping, and entertainment during the ground itinerary according to the company's relevant SOPs. On the train, assist in guest services according to the task assignments of the train 
butler;
3. 关注宾客的喜好和差异化需求，在条件允许的情况下，及时按公司相关流程，积极响应
客户需求。对于行程过程中的突发事件，进行积极妥善的现场处理，并及时汇报；
Pay attention to guests' preferences and differentiated needs, and promptly respond to 
customer demands according to the company's relevant procedures when conditions permit. 
For emergencies during the itinerary, actively and properly handle the situation on site at the 
first time and report it promptly;
4. 每次出乘前，按公司相关规章制度的要求，做好出乘准备；每次出乘结束后，按时提交
出乘报告；
Before each trip, prepare for the trip according to the requirements of the company's 
relevant rules and regulations; After each trip, submit the trip report on time;
5. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

1.能够进行简单的中文沟通；

4.熟悉高端旅游市场趋势与宾客需求，具备一定的活动策划与执行能力;
Familiarity with High-End Travel Market & Guest Needs: Have a solid understanding of 
the trends in the high-end travel market and guest preferences, coupled with the ability to 
plan and execute events and activities
5.具备良好的团队协作与领导能力，能够带领团队成员共同达成目标;Strong Teamwork & Leadership Skills: Possess excellent teamwork abilities and

六、其他（Others） 
1.薪酬福利：有竞争力的薪酬，薪酬模式为：月发工资+岗位工资+绩效工资+计
趟效益工资，具体薪酬面议。
Competitive salary with a compensation model of monthly salary + position salary + 
performance-based salary + trip-based benefit salary. The specific salary will be 
negotiated.
2.工作地点：
①主要基地：西宁。在此地负责日常的准备工作、轮班调度及与其他部门的沟通
协调。
Main Base: Xining. Responsibilities here include daily preparations, shift scheduling, and 
coordination with other departments.
②实际工作场所：旅游火车上。随列车穿梭于各个风景秀丽的目的地，为宾客提
供沿途的贴心服务。
