职位概述What You’ll Do 
全面负责丝路列车高端餐饮服务体系搭建与运营管理，制定服务标准、流程规范及品质管控机制；深度融合丝路沿线国家饮食文化，打造专属餐食体验与主题餐饮活动；统筹餐饮团队管理、培训、考核与日常运营，严控食品安全与成本；对接高端宾客定制需求，处理复杂服务投诉，协同各部门保障餐饮与列车行程无缝衔接，持续提升品牌口碑与宾客体验。
Responsible for
the overall management of high-end F&B service system on the Silk Road
Train, formulate service standards, procedures and quality control mechanisms;
deeply integrate culinary cultures of countries along the Silk Road to create
exclusive dining experiences and themed activities; manage team training,
performance and daily operation, strictly control food safety and costs; handle
customized demands and complex complaints, coordinate with all departments to
ensure seamless service, and enhance brand reputation and guest experience.
 
主要职责How You’ll Do It
建立、优化并落地餐饮服务标准与操作流程，融入丝路文化元素，制定菜单更新与主题活动计划，打造稀缺性高端服务。
Establish,
optimize and implement F&B service standards and procedures, integrate Silk
Road cultural elements, develop menu update and themed activity plans to create
high-end exclusive service.
管理中级/初级服务管家团队，负责培训、排班、绩效考核与能力提升，强化服务意识与专业素养。
Manage the team
of middle and junior service butlers, be responsible for training, scheduling,
performance appraisal and capability improvement, strengthen service awareness
and professionalism.    
监督食材采购、验收、储存、加工全流程，确保食品安全合规，管控餐食、酒水与物资成本。
Supervise the
whole process of food procurement, inspection, storage and processing, ensure
food safety compliance, and control catering, beverage and supply costs. 
对接运营总监及相关部门，协调餐饮服务与列车行程、游览活动高效衔接。
Liaise with the
Operations Director and relevant departments to coordinate the efficient
connection between F&B service and train schedules, tour activities. 
承接高端宾客餐饮定制需求，妥善处理复杂投诉与突发事件，维护品牌形象。
Undertake
customized dining demands of high-end guests, properly handle complex
complaints and emergencies, and maintain brand image.  
定期提交运营报告、数据分析与优化方案，协助制定餐饮预算与经营目标。
Regularly
submit operation reports, data analysis and optimization suggestions, assist in
formulating F&B budget and business objectives.
完成上级交办的其他餐饮运营与服务管理工作。
Complete other
F&B operation and service management tasks assigned by superiors.

优选资格What We’re Looking For
教育程度：大学专科及以上，酒店管理、餐饮管理相关专业优先
相关工作经验：3年及以上高端酒店/邮轮/列车餐饮管理岗位经验
语言能力：普通话标准流利，具备熟练英语沟通能力，会第三语种优先
管理经验：熟悉高端服务体系，具备团队管理、培训督导、成本管控能
