职位描述 Job Description
1. 热情接待到店宾客,规范办理入住、退房、续住、换房等手续
Warmly welcome arriving guests and complete check-in, check-out, extension and room change procedures standardly2. 熟练操作前台系统,处理预订、押金、发票、外币兑换等账务业务
Skillfully operate front desk system, handle reservations, deposits, invoices and currency exchange3. 耐心解答宾客关于酒店设施、周边出行、餐饮游玩等各类咨询
Patiently answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities, transportation, catering and local attractions4. 妥善保管房卡、客遗留物品、前台台账,做好登记避免丢失
Properly store room keys, guest lost items and front desk records with complete registration to prevent loss5. 及时同步房态信息给客房部,配合处理客房报修、宾客临时需求
Timely update room status to housekeeping and coordinate room maintenance and guest temporary requests6. 妥善处理宾客简单投诉与突发问题,无法解决时立即上报前厅主管
Resolve minor guest complaints and emergencies, report complex issues to Front Office Supervisor promptly
任职条件 Criteria:
1. 1 年及以上酒店前台接待经验,熟悉酒店前台系统及前台全流程操作
Minimum 1 year front desk experience, proficient in hotel front desk system and full front office workflows2. 形象得体,具备基础英语口语,沟通温和,应变能力良好
Neat appearance, basic oral English, gentle communication and excellent problem-solving skills3. 细心严谨,抗压能力强,能适应早晚轮班、节假日客流高峰工作
Meticulous and rigorous, able to work under pressure, available for rotating shifts and holiday peak periods
