【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店前台日常接待工作,包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及提供问询服务;
2、准确处理客房预订信息,确保预订系统的数据及时更新;
3、协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求,确保客人满意度;
4、熟悉酒店各项服务及设施,为客人提供准确的信息和推荐;
5、负责前台现金及账务管理,确保账目清晰、准确;
6、保持前台区域整洁有序,维护良好的职业形象;
7、协助完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力,能够热情、耐心地对待每一位客人;
2、具备基本的计算机操作能力,能熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统;
3、具备较强的应变能力,能妥善处理突发情况;
4、工作认真细致,责任心强,具备团队合作精神;
5、能适应倒班工作制,包括夜班及节假日值班;
6、有酒店前台或相关服务行业实习经验者优先,无经验者可提供培训。
