【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作,完成月度及年度销售指标;
2、开发并维护客户资源,包括企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等,建立长期合作关系;
3、定期拜访客户,了解市场需求及竞争对手动态,制定针对性的销售策略;
4、协助策划并执行酒店促销活动,提升酒店品牌影响力及市场占有率;
5、处理客户预订、合同签订及后续服务跟进,确保客户满意度;
6、及时反馈市场信息及客户需求,为酒店经营决策提供支持;
7、完成上级交办的其他销售相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户沟通技巧,能独立完成销售任务;
2、性格开朗,抗压能力强,适应快节奏工作环境;
3、具备良好的团队协作精神及服务意识;
4、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统;
5、有酒店行业销售经验者优先;
6、能适应灵活的工作时间安排。
