【岗位职责】
1、负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作，确保服务流程顺畅；
2、热情接待宾客，主动介绍菜品及酒水，提供专业的点餐建议，提升宾客用餐体验；
3、及时响应宾客需求，处理用餐过程中的各类问题，确保宾客满意度；
4、保持餐厅环境整洁，定期检查餐具、桌椅等设施的摆放与卫生状况；
5、协助收银员完成结账工作，确保账单准确无误；
6、遵守酒店服务标准及食品安全规范，确保服务与卫生质量达标；
7、参与部门培训，不断提升服务技能与专业知识。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能够以热情、耐心的态度对待宾客；
2、身体健康，形象端正，能够适应站立工作及早晚班次安排；
3、具备团队合作精神，能够与同事高效协作完成工作任务；
4、学习能力强，愿意接受酒店服务相关培训并快速掌握服务技能；
5、有餐饮服务经验者优先，无经验者可提供岗前培训；
6、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备一定的抗压能力。
