【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店商务销售战略的制定与实施,完成年度销售目标及利润指标;
2、开拓并维护企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等渠道资源,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况,制定针对性的销售策略,提升酒店市场份额;
4、策划并执行各类商务促销活动,提高酒店客房、会议及餐饮的销售业绩;
5、协调酒店各部门资源,确保客户需求得到高效响应,提升客户满意度;
6、定期提交销售报告及市场分析,为管理层决策提供数据支持;
7、参与重大客户谈判及合同签订,确保酒店利益提升。
【岗位要求】
1、具备优秀的市场洞察力及商务谈判能力,能够独立开发并维护客户资源;
2、熟悉酒店行业销售流程及市场运作模式,有相关销售经验者优先;
3、具备较强的数据分析能力,能够通过市场数据制定有效的销售策略;
