【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店商务销售战略的制定与实施，完成年度销售目标及利润指标；
2、开拓并维护企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等渠道资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定针对性的销售策略，提升酒店市场份额；
4、策划并执行各类商务促销活动，提高酒店客房、会议及餐饮的销售业绩；
5、协调酒店各部门资源，确保客户需求得到高效响应，提升客户满意度；
6、定期提交销售报告及市场分析，为管理层决策提供数据支持；
7、参与重大客户谈判及合同签订，确保酒店利益提升。
【岗位要求】
1、具备优秀的市场洞察力及商务谈判能力，能够独立开发并维护客户资源；
2、熟悉酒店行业销售流程及市场运作模式，有相关销售经验者优先；
3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过市场数据制定有效的销售策略；
4、良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，能够高效整合内外部资源；
5、抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，能够接受出灵活的工作时间安排；
6、对酒店行业充满热情，具备创新思维及敏锐的商业嗅觉。
