【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店前台的日常运营管理工作,确保前台服务高效、有序进行;
2、监督并指导前台员工的服务流程,提升客户满意度,处理客户投诉及突发事件;
3、制定并优化前台工作标准及操作流程,确保服务符合希尔顿花园品牌标准;
4、负责前台员工的排班、培训及绩效考核,提升团队业务能力与服务意识;
5、协调与其他部门(如客房、餐饮、销售等)的沟通协作,确保酒店整体运营顺畅;
6、管理前台财务及账目,确保现金、票据等准确无误,符合财务制度要求;
7、定期分析前台运营数据,提出改进建议,优化服务效率与客户体验。
