Under the F&B Manager, and to assist the F&B Manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict, accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation
服从餐饮经理的管理，协助餐饮经理管理部门的正常运营，对部门运营员工进行全面的监督，确保会务和宴席标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。持续地吸引新客人并同时保持对忠诚客人的关心，协助酒店为客人提供具有创意的想法从而使利益更大化。并且对宾客服务以及部门的组织管理负责，使我们的服务超越客人的期望。
1. Ensures that Food and Beverage associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments
确保餐饮部员工以支持和灵活的态度与其他部门合作
2. Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate
在营运过程中将对于餐饮产品的检验和监督贯穿始终，并在适当的情况下做出反馈
3. Monitors service and food and beverage standards in the Outlet.  Work with the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine to take corrective actions where necessary
监督宴会的服务和餐饮标准。在必要时，与行政副总厨和厨师长一起实施正确的措施
4. Conducts frequent and thorough inspections together with the Chef de Cuisines, of the Food and Beverage Operation
与厨师长共同对宴会营运进行频繁而全面的检查
5. Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods
作为亲身实践操作的主管人员，应总是留在宴会区域，尤其是繁忙时段
6. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销

1. With 3 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at Banquet Service
具有5星级以上酒店宴会服务同等3年以上相关工作经验
2. Good Leadership skills
