Under the direction of the F&B manager, and to assist the FB manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict, accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation
服从餐饮部经理的管理，协助餐饮部经理管理部门的正常运营，对部门运营员工进行全面的监督，确保标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。持续地吸引新客人并同时保持对忠诚客人的关心，协助酒店为客人提供具有创意的想法从而使利益更大化。能够监督与引导餐厅的发展方向，并且对客人服务，部门的组织管理负责，使我们的服务超越客人的期望。
1. Preparation of Revenue forecast and plan toward target achievement
协助餐饮部年度收入预算经营计划的准备工作和以及完成目标
2. Driving the sale and promoting of the restaurant PDRs
提高餐厅的销售额及包间推广促销
3. Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
确保与财务记录的保留、钱款处理和许可以及及时而准确的财政信息的上报全部符合酒、公司和本地的制度、政策和规章的规定
4. Responsible for the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets
协助进行盘点管理和酒店营运设备和其他设施持续的保存保养

1. With 5 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at Chinese restaurant
具有5星级以上酒店中餐厅同等5年以上相关工作经验
2. English Fluent in both writing and speaking
