1. Ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and electromechanical equipment, and promptly address and fulfill routine maintenance requests from other departments and clients.
确保电气系统与机电设备的平稳运行，及时响应并落实其他部门及客人提出的各类日常维修需求。
2. Ensure all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are implemented on time within the current shift.
确保所有维修及预防性维修计划均在本班次内按时执行。
3. Ensure the proper operation and routine maintenance of all hotel mechanical and plumbing systems, including kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, water supply/drainage systems, boiler systems, swimming pool systems, and water supply systems.
保障酒店各类机械设备与给排水设备的正常运行及日常保养，具体涵盖厨房设备、洗衣房设备、给排水系统、锅炉系统、泳池系统、供水系统等。
4. Responsible for routine inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of critical hotel equipment, including water supply and drainage systems, kitchen appliances, and laundry facilities.
负责酒店关键机械设备的日常巡检、维护与保养，涵盖给排水系统、厨房设备及洗衣房设备。
5. Develop a regular maintenance plan for equipment, implement maintenance tasks according to the plan, and record details to extend the service life of equipment.
制定设备定期保养计划，按计划执行保养工作并记录细节，以延长设备使用寿命。
6. Rational and efficient distribution of work tasks.
合理且高效地分配工作任务。
7. Closely monitor the work progress of subordinate employees.
密切监督下属员工的工作进度。
8. Train junior staff and ensure their personal safety.
培训下属员工，保障其人身安全。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位要求
1. Possesses professional qualifications including electrician certification, welder certification, refrigeration and air conditioning operation certification, and is proficient in the working principles and operational standards of various hotel mechanical equipment.
具备电工证、焊工证、制冷与空调作业证等相关专业证件，熟悉酒店各类机械设备的工作原理及操作规范。
2. Five years of experience in hotel engineering, including one year in the same position.
拥有五年酒店工程部工作经验，其中一年担任同岗位职务。
3. Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, capable of accepting shift work and holiday duty arrangements
具备较强的责任心与抗压能力，能够接受倒班及节假日值班安排
