核心职责 Core Responsibilities
1 "上级不在岗时,代为参加餐饮部每日例会并主持本部门日例会;推动直属上级部署的策略落地,以酒店整体利益为核心实现部门利益最大化;同时汇总工作信息同步上级,并统筹部门人力与资源配置规划。
When the supervisor is not present, I will attend the daily meeting of the F&B department on behalf of the supervisor and preside over the daily meeting of our department; I will promote the implementation of the strategies deployed by the direct supervisor, with the overall interests of the hotel as the core to maximize the interests of the department; at the same time, I will summarize the work information and synchronize it with the supervisor, and coordinate the human resource and resource allocation planning of the department."
2 "协助上级开档筹备与团队分工部署,全流程把控出品质量,严格核查酒水出品及食材的新鲜度与服务质量执行标准
收集出品与服务反馈,实时同步团队并按需优化调整。
Assist the supervisor in organizing the setup and dividing tasks among the team. Control the quality of the products throughout the process. Thoroughly check the freshness of the beverages and ingredients, as well as the service standards. Collect feedback on the products and services, and promptly update the team and make necessary adjustments as needed."
3 "参与酒店相关会议,及时同步会议信息、精准部署任务,确保团队目标协同。
Participate in hotel-related meetings, promptly synchronize meeting information, accurately deploy tasks, and ensure the coordination of team goals."
4 "系统性维护客户关系,通过个性化服务及线上(包括但不限于大众点评,携程,小红书 ,抖音,Tripadviser等)建立深度连接,持续提升客户满意度并转化为餐厅忠诚客户。
Systematically maintain customer relationships by conducting interactive communication and providing personalized services, as well as establishing deep connections with online platforms (including but not limited to Dianping, Ctrip, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tripadviser, etc.). Continuously enhance customer loyalty and convert them into loyal customers of the restaurant."
5 "协助上级定期邀请客户开展主题活动的全流程跟进,强化客户连接的同时助力运营目标落地。
Assist the supervisor in regularly inviting customers to participate in themed activities, and follow up throughout the entire process. This not only strengthens customer connections but also helps to achieve operational goals."
6 "协助各餐厅制定物资与酒水的安全库存及最高库存标准,并结合实际经营情况进行动态调配,按季度完成标准更新。
Assist each restaurant in establishing safe stock levels and maximum stock limits for materials and beverages, and make dynamic adjustments based on actual business conditions. Complete the standard updates on a quarterly basis."
7 "执行餐饮部绩效考核体系,跟进指标设定及数据复盘,激励员工达成预算目标。
Implement the performance assessment system of the catering department, follow up on the setting of indicators and data review, and motivate employees to achieve the budget targets."
8 "制定和执行餐厅餐饮产品促销活动日历。
Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant."
9 "协同上级编制部门酒水预算,全周期动态监控预算执行(确保累计偏差率≤±5%),依监控数据制定年度 CAPEX 及月度采购计划。
Collaborate with the superior budgeting department to prepare the budget, conduct dynamic full-cycle monitoring of budget execution (ensuring the cumulative deviation rate is within ±5%), and based on the monitoring data, formulate the annual CAPEX and monthly procurement plans."
10 "了解部门年度各月预算情况,运用专业知识与策略,助力餐厅达成业绩目标。
Understand the monthly budget situation of the department for the entire year, apply professional knowledge and strategies to assist the restaurant in achieving its performance targets."
11 "实时响应并处置运营突发状况,及时通报并总结成册编制应急预案案例集,形成可复用的经验知识库。
Respond and handle operational emergencies in real time, promptly notify and summarize them into a case collection for emergency response plans, and form a reusable knowledge base of experience."
12 "承接并执行上级或跨部门协作需求的突发性、临时性运营任务,确保任务执行质量与运营效率。
Take on and execute sudden and temporary operational tasks based on the requirements from superiors or cross-departmental collaborations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of task execution."
13 "实时掌握本地竞品餐厅运营情况,对标自身开展对比分析,优化部门经营策略,精准借鉴竞品优势、补齐自身短板。
Real-time monitoring of the operational conditions of local competing restaurants, conducting comparative analysis with oneself, optimizing the department's business strategies, and accurately drawing on the advantages of competing restaurants while filling in the gaps in one's own weaknesses."
