工作职责
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

按菜单与配方，完成食材清洗、切配及烹饪加工，保证口味稳定、色泽美观，按时出餐。
Complete food washing, cutting and cooking according to the menu and recipes to ensure stable taste, attractive appearance and timely serving.

严格执行厨房卫生标准，保持个人与岗位区域清洁，规范操作流程，确保食品安全。
Strictly implement kitchen hygiene standards, keep the personal and post areas clean, and standardize operation procedures to ensure food safety.

正确使用与维护厨房设备，合理领用与存放食材物料，减少浪费，做好日常盘点。
Correctly use and maintain kitchen equipment, reasonably collect and store food materials, reduce waste, and do a good job in daily inventory.

服从排班，与同事协同配合，高效完成每日供餐任务，主动配合团队进行餐后整理。
Obey the schedule, cooperate with colleagues efficiently to complete the daily meal supply task, and actively cooperate with the team in post-meal cleaning.
 
完成上级交代的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.

度假村员工餐厅厨师负责员工餐的具体制作与出品，严格遵守烹饪标准与卫生规范，保证菜品按时、保质、安全供应，同时积极配合团队完成各项餐饮任务。
The Resort Staff Canteen Cook is responsible for the specific preparation and serving of staff meals. Strictly abide by cooking standards and hygiene regulations to ensure timely, high-quality and safe food supply. At the same time, actively cooperate with the team to complete various catering tasks.
