【岗位职责】
1、负责处理酒店客房预订、变更及取消等日常预订业务，确保信息准确无误；
2、接听客户电话及回复邮件，解答客户关于预订的各类咨询，提供专业、友好的服务；
3、熟练使用酒店预订系统（如Opera等），及时录入和更新预订信息；
4、与前台、销售等部门保持高效沟通，协调处理特殊预订需求；
5、定期整理预订数据，生成相关报表并提交至上级；
6、协助处理客户投诉及突发情况，确保客户满意度；
7、遵守酒店规章制度及预订流程，确保工作合规性。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识，能够耐心、细致地处理客户需求；
2、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel等），有酒店预订系统操作经验者优先；
3、具备较强的学习能力，能快速掌握酒店预订相关流程及系统操作；
4、工作认真负责，注重细节，能够高效处理多任务；
5、能适应轮班制工作（含周末及节假日）；
6、具备团队合作精神，能与同事协作完成工作任务。
