【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店楼宇设备的日常巡检、维护及保养工作，确保设备正常运行；
2、及时处理设备故障，分析故障原因并提出改进措施，防止问题重复发生；
3、制定并执行设备维护计划，定期检查空调、电梯、消防、给排水等系统；
4、协助管理外包维修服务，监督第三方维修质量，确保符合酒店标准；
5、配合工程部完成设备改造、节能优化及技术升级项目；
6、记录设备运行数据，编制维护报告，提出合理化建议以提升设备效率；
7、遵守安全操作规程，确保工作环境符合行业安全规范。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉酒店或商业楼宇的机电设备运行原理及维护流程；
2、具备较强的故障诊断与维修能力，能独立解决常见设备问题；
3、了解空调、电梯、消防、强弱电等系统的操作与维护；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力；
5、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、制冷证等）者优先；
6、能适应轮班工作制，具备较强的应急处理能力。
