岗位职责/职位描述
Position Summary 职位概述：
熟练掌握酒店的系统、酒店管理系统、餐厅收银系统、财务系统，以及日常维护。Proficiently master the system of the hotel, the hotel management system, the restaurant cashier system, the financial system, and the daily maintenance work.
按照希尔顿集团的标准，执行和开发电话服务。In accordance with the standards of the Hilton Group, implement and develop the telephone service.
对各部门电脑系统、酒店网络系统以及各设备外设的基本维护。Regular maintenance of the computer systems of each department, the hotel's network system, and all peripheral devices.
要定期巡视机房内外设备的运转情况，并及时处理所发生的各种故障。It is necessary to regularly inspect the operation of the equipment inside and outside the computer room, and promptly handle all kinds of faults that occur.
在日常采购和对设备维护中能够减少一定成本。It can reduce certain costs in daily purchasing and equipment maintenance.
负责酒店基础设施设备包括办公设备、电器和消防设施等的安装、检查和维护工作，并做好维护记录。Be responsible for the installation, inspection and maintenance of hotel infrastructure equipment, including office equipment, electrical appliances and fire protection facilities, etc., and keep good maintenance records.
按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序，合理使用原材料，减少浪费。Carry out planned maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Determine the sequence based on the damage conditions of the rooms. Make rational use of raw materials and reduce waste.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
3-5年的相关工作经验。3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
信息技术资格/培训。Information Technology Qualification / Training
了解信息技术管理的知识。Acquire knowledge of information technology management.
要求有电工证。A certificate for electrician is required.
