Job responsibility 【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for communication within housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requests and hotel Heartist. Renders secretarial and clerical services for housekeeping.
负责本部门内的沟通，将客人的要求反映给其他相关部门，做好本部门的翻译及文秘工作。
2. To assist directly with the Executive Housekeeper's responsibilities.
直接协助行政管家的工作。
3. Takes down and transcribes minutes of meetings and dictation from the Executive Housekeeper.
写下会议的笔录和行政管家的口授。
4. Type’s correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports.
打出各种信件、备忘录和报告。
5. Opens / dispatches mail relative to the division.
处理本部门的相关信件。
6. Receives and records reports from housekeeping sections regarding missing, defective or damaged equipment, prepares maintenance work orders and sends same to engineering department.
接收和登记客房部内设备的丢失、缺少或破坏情况，准备好请修任务并送到工程部。
7. Types or inputs to computer for all reports, memoranda and correspondence for Exec. Housekeeper and maintains file of same.
将所有的工作报告、备忘录和信件输入电脑，并保存所有的文件。
8. Takes and transcribe dictation and minutes of meetings, drafts routine or simple correspondence for approval of superior.
写下会议上的记录及口授。在领导的批准下做出简明的、符合情况的记录。
9. Maintains a logbook for lost and found items and recommends for disposal at appropriate time.
保存记录好遗留物品清单并建议和提醒处理时间。
10. Keep personal records of Heartists, attendance sheets, change forms, annual leave, sick leave accident report etc.
对心艺家的出勤、岗位变动、年假、病假的情况做出记录。

Job requirements 【岗位要求】
1. Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
大专及以上学历，可接受应届毕业生
2. Have experience in related field of hotel and engaged in similar position before
有酒店相关领域工作经验并且从事过类似岗位
3. Strong oral and written communication skills
较强的书面和语言沟通能力
4. Skill to communicate and coordinate
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力
5. Efficient to Chinese language expression and good to English language expression
具有较强的中文文字综合能力和口头表达能力具备英语听说读写能力
6. Skill to office software
能熟练操作办公软件
