Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1. To plan, organize and supervise the Laundry activities on a daily basis，Enforces policies and procedures in relation to the Laundry, trains and directs all talent within the section.
计划、组织、管理洗衣房日常工作执行洗衣房的各项规章制度, 培训和领导部门内人才。
2. Supervises and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and pressing items.
管理和监督洗衣房活动，亲身参与洗衣、熨烫工作。
3. Assists the Manager Laundry in supervising and coordinating all activities within the section.
协助洗衣房经理有效地完成工作。
4. Ensure that guest items and talent uniforms are operation.
保证客衣和人才制服正常运作。
5. Examine tears, stains and missing accessories due to processing and that these be remedied and replaced.
检查破损，染色和丢失附件的衣物并将其缝补和替代。
6. Ensures that all equipment is used and being cleaned properly, refer to the Laundry Manager any unusual sound or defects of the equipment.
确保所有机器的清洁，如听见机器运转有杂声、机器停顿、运转不良或损坏，马上通知洗衣房经理以上情况。
7. Ensures that the hotel linen and uniforms are properly processed at all times and that the section as a whole is profitable.
保证酒店布草和工装的正常供应，以确保部门利润。
8. Supervises and coordinates all activities of al laundry and valet personnel engage in processing guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and dressing.
监督和协助客衣、布草的湿洗、干洗和熨烫工作。
9. In Informs guest of discrepancies in count, defects or stains in their items prior to laundry and dry cleaning.
在湿洗和干洗前如发现清点污渍和数目的不一致，应及时通知客人。
