Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1. Patrol and be responsible for public area and inspect ensure hotel area cleanliness up to the standard set up by the hotel. And ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to standard required by our hotel.
负责巡查所有公共区域的卫生，确保清洁状况良好，以高水平的卫生保证客人高程度的满足。
2. To work on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To cleaning and upkeep carpets, upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards.
做好客房部基础工作运转，按照酒店标准对地毯、家具及硬地面进行清洁保养。
3. To respond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.
及时清洁责任区域并时刻保持其整洁。
4. Arrange to general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling, A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performing his daily cleaning duties.
在日常工作中安排清洗餐厅、办公室、公共区域地毯的工作，定期打扫天花板，空调风口或其他死角的卫生。
5. Greets and is courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.
对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情，用眼睛交流并时刻提帮助。
6. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
时刻保持高水平的个人仪容仪表。 
7. To follow up duties from the previous shift.
将前一班所未能完成的工作分配到各人才，继续跟进。
8. To requisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material from linen room daily.
向布草间申请和领用消耗品和清洁材料。
9. Write down the unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters.
登记任何可疑迹象和特殊事项。
10. To write down items found in public areas to Housekeeping lost/Found directly as well as log.
如在公共区域拾到客人遗留物品，应及时上交客房失物招领处，同时记在交班上。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. Experience in HSKP for 1 years will be preferred have Housekeeping PA management working experience
具有客房部公共区域的1年的工作管理经验
2. Familiarity Housekeeping chemicals and cleaning SOP
了解客房清洁用品和工作标准
3. Interpersonal skills to deal with talent issues
