Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.To ensure that all the plumbing equipment of the Hotel running smoothly, if some problem can not be solve at once, report to the supervisor, the supervisor should arrange staff to solve at the first time and report to Chief Engineer. 
确保大厦各机械管道设备如各泵房、各水池。各种阀门、管道、下水道、洗手间、茶水间等设备的正常运作，如发现上述设备有毛病，不能正常工作或有噪音、振动、泄漏、气味等又不能马上排除的，要及时向主管工程师报告；主管应报告给工程总监并组织人员排除，把情况及时汇报总监。
2.Plumber on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.
当班机管设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线、巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。
3.Plumber on duty should make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take action quickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，立即赶到现场尽快完成，并随时汇报主管或领班。
4.Expect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.
除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表项目及内容，不得随意改动，不准弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。
5.Write down the daily working on Log Book
每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班簿。
6.Keep clean of the working area. 
保持设备及工作地区的洁净。
7. Pay more attention to the fire-fighting system, emergence exits, check and record. To ensure that fire-fighting valves are open.
落实所有防火措施，紧急出口门和相应的防火和作业安全措施。每班次都需检查一次落薄签认，特别保证防火水闸处于常开状态，并挂牌标明。
8.Staff cannot leave the working post without Chief Engineer’s approval.
工作时间没有工程总监允许，不得擅自离开岗位和大厦。
9.Give good suggesting on work anytime.
随时出有益、有建设性的意见。
10. Maintain all the paint work in the hotel.
维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。
11. To familiar with the HVAC system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行。
12.To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation.
每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. More than 1 year of the same position experience.
具有1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.Experienced in repair and maintenance of steam, gas, water, sewage pipe work, chiller sets, boiler, laundry, kitchen installations.
具备维修蒸汽，天然气，水，排水管道，制冷机，锅炉，洗衣房，厨房设备的经验.
3.Electrical and mechanic knowledge.
具备电和机械方面的知识，有电工证。
4. Good professional habits. Integrity.
具有良好的工作习惯、较高的职业素养与道德。
5.Basis Mechanical & Electrical knowledge. 
掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识。
