- Performs check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guests’ satisfaction.高效办理客人入住和退房手续,确保客人的满意。
- Performs Cashiering functions efficiently, ensuring guests’ satisfactio.高效完成收银工作,确保客人满意。
- Handles all guests’ requests or enquires promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests’ satisfaction.快捷高效的处理客人请求,确保客人满意。
- Familiar with the knowledge of room locations, room types, rates, discounts, hotel facilities and their hours of operation, special promotions etc.熟悉客房位置、房型、房价、折扣、酒店设施及其营业时间,特别促销等。
- Maintain good working relations with all departments, especially Housekeeping and Reservations. Make sure conduct well room control.同其他部门维护良好的工作关系,特别是客房部和预订部。确保对客房的良好控制。
- Familiar with full house situation and front desk manual operation process.熟悉满房情况和前台手工操作程序。
- Go through relevant information about arrivals during shift; VIP, regular guests, groups, etc. Room situation and functions.交班时,核查相关信息,包括重要客人、常客、团队等,客房的状况。
- Answer all telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.礼貌高效的接听电话。
- Greet arriving guests with a smile and eye contact using the guest’s name.问候到店客人时保持面带微笑和目光交流,称呼其姓名。
- Assign adequate room as per reservation and request from guest.根据预订和客人要求,恰当的安排房间。
- According check in standard and procedure to handling guest check in, obtaining proper payment details and other registration information from the guest.根据入住登记标准和程序办理客人入住,从客人处了解准确的付款细节和其他登记信息。
- Enter the guest-details in the guest profile in the computer, with any special requests and preference when applicable。将客人的详细资料输入电脑的客人文件中,包括客人的特殊要求和喜好。
Job requirements 【岗位要求】
- Have a good professional image and temperament, and understand the basic reception etiquette;有良好的职业形象和气质,懂得基本的前台接待礼仪;
- Fluent Mandarin, strong language expression ability, good at communication, affinity and strong sense of confidentiality;普通话标准流利,语言表达能力强,善于沟通,有亲和力,较强的保密意识;
- Familiar with administrative and office management related workflow, good communication, coordination and organization skills;熟悉行政、办公室管理相关工作流程,良好的沟通、协调和组织能力;
- Familiar with office automation equipment and office software;熟练使用办公自动化设备及办公软件;
- Good teamwork ability, high sense of responsibility, proactive.良好的团队合作能力,具有高度的责任心,工作积极主动。
