Job responsibility 【岗位职责】
Manage the inventory of washing-up products and when stocks are expected to run out.管理库存的洗涤产品，当产品快用尽的时候及时报告。
Organizes the washing-up area and tidies crockery and equipment in the storage area to avoid breakages.规划好清洗区域，整理厨房设备防止损坏。
Helps manage stocks of crockery and appliances, by informing his/her superior of any abnormal losses or breakages.帮助管理库存的瓷器和设备,如有任何非正常损失或损坏及时通知直属上级。
Respects recommended doses of cleaning products, thereby helping keep costs under control.按照清洁剂推荐使用剂量来使用，以帮助控制成本。
Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.确保工作场所保持清洁和安全,遵守HACCP法规。
Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used.使用厨房设备必须遵照说明及安全指南。
Applies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc).适用于酒店的安全条例(以防火灾等)。

Job requirements 【岗位要求】
Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.大专或酒店或相关领域。
2 years in industry experience, minimum 1 years as Asst. Chief Steward.具有2年工作经验，至少要有1年的管事部主管工作经验。
Communication skills for all levels of talent/guests.具备一定的沟通技巧。
Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues.具备处理客人与人才关系问题的技巧。
Basic computer skill.具备电脑操作技能。
